This picture is two things
Firstly, it is my tribute to one of the more touching scenes in Project Horizons. I won't spoil anything here, those who read the story know the significance of this scene, those who didn't, wouldn't really understand the explanation. 
I wanted to put a fragment of the story in here, but... well... it would be a spoiler, it would also be so much out of context it would only confuse people, and finally, it is about as NSFW as the picture (which isn't all that much, all things consider, still, description doesn't get censored with mature content tag)
